Drew Faw, RN
homeRN Charleston Owner
Proud owner of homeRN Charleston, Drew Faw was born and raised in the lowcountry. After attending University of Alabama for her Bachelors in Nursing, Drew received her Masters in Nursing from Western Governors University. She worked as a RN at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in the ICU and operating room while living in Nashville, TN. Drew returned to Charleston in 2012 and currently lives with her husband, son and two dogs on James Island.
Drew always knew she would call Charleston home, and was proud to work at Roper as a RN and also the clinical manager of the operating rooms. Ultimately, she knew after ten years working in the hospital that it was time to branch out and prioritize spending more time at home with her family.
The owner and founder of homeRN, Eliza Maxwell was a classmate and friend from college and when she reached out about the possibility of bringing this amazing company to the community of Charleston–it was a no brainer for Drew and her family.
Drew knows all too well the importance of home nursing care following hospitalizations, procedures, and changes in health conditions so that patients are able to optimally recover in the comfort of familiar surroundings. Family members who attempt to solely care for loved ones in these situations unfortunately suffer emotional and physical impacts and she is excited to support individuals and their families in Charleston and the surrounding areas. The HomeRN model is unique in that a medically-trained nurse can coordinate the care and alleviate the full time responsibility that comes with caring for a loved one at home.
Drew is excited and proud to channel her passion of nursing into this company with Eliza’s guidance and is dedicated to serving your family and loved ones with optimal nursing care.
Mary Heidt, RN
Registered Nurse
Mary grew up in Camden, SC and has lived in Charleston for over 10 years! Mary obtained her Bachelor's in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. As a nurse, Mary has worked in Critical Care during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a Nurse Injector in the field of Dermatology. She and her husband welcomed their first child in May of 2024! Mary has a passion for helping others and is very excited to be a part of the homeRN team. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants in the Charleston area.

Jenni Rogers, RN
Registered Nurse
Jenni grew up in Mt Pleasant. She attended Clemson University and received her nursing degree from Trident Technical College. She began her nursing career working in the hematology oncology unit at Roper Hospital. After seven years working on the inpatient unit, she then joined the team at the Roper St Francis Cancer Center outpatient infusion. She worked at the cancer center for ten years, where she realized her love and passion for helping patients and families manage their care through education and compassion. Jenni is excited to be a part of the HomeRN team and truly believes in the need and importance of the services this company provides for patients and families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog and, of course, watching Clemson football.

Evelyn Drew, RN
Charleston Manager
Evelyn is originally from West Virginia, though she has spent most of her life in South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Beaufort with her nursing degree, which is also where she met her husband. Today, Evelyn lives just outside of Charleston with her husband, their two children, and their three dogs.
Evelyn's nursing background includes experience in the neonatal ICU, outpatient surgery, and infusion services. Each of these roles has shaped Evelyn into the nurse she is today, reinforcing the importance of listening deeply to patients, supporting families, and providing care that is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate. She is grateful for the opportunity to support clients in the comfort of their own homes and is proud to be part of a team that truly makes a meaningful difference. Evelyn is excited for all that homeRN Charleston has to offer to the community she serves.
When she’s not working, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and enjoying time on the water.

Kendra Watson,
homeRN Charleston Office Administrator
While Kendra may be new to Charleston, she’s no stranger to homeRN! She started with the company in September 2021 as the Birmingham Office Administrator and later joined the Franchise Development Team in January 2025. An exciting opportunity brought her to Johns Island in September 2025, where she now supports the homeRN Charleston team.
Originally from Downingtown, Pennsylvania, Kendra moved to Birmingham, Alabama after graduating from Auburn University and spent eight wonderful years there before heading to the Lowcountry. Her passion for in-home care is personal—after helping care for her grandmother with dementia, she saw firsthand how meaningful that compassionate, reliable care can be. That experience led her to homeRN, where she loves helping families find peace of mind and support through every stage of their care journey.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Kendra outdoors with her yellow lab, Honey, exploring new trails, traveling to new places, or behind the camera capturing everyday moments. She also enjoys volunteering with her church and staying involved in her community.
