Emily Manning, PA-C
Owner, homeRN Franklin
Originally from Montgomery, AL, Emily graduated from Ole Miss before making the move to Birmingham, AL, where she began her career in healthcare as an ER scribe and Medical Assistant in a busy Primary Care clinic.
After earning her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Emily moved to Atlanta and began working as a Physician Assistant in Urology. It was during this time that she first recognized the critical need for better home care services for patients navigating chronic conditions.
In 2019, Emily and her husband relocated to Nashville, where she continued work as a PA in Urology at a practice in Franklin, TN. She once again saw firsthand how much of a difference comprehensive home care could make in a patient's overall well-being and recovery. Most recently, she worked with two breast surgeons who treated patients primarily battling breast cancer, where she had the privilege of supporting these incredible individuals through their treatments and recovery.
Throughout her career, she’s been deeply committed to bridging gaps in patient care and advocating for the needs of those she treats. With a background in emergency care, primary care, urology, and oncology, she has cultivated a diverse and well-rounded skill set that helps her meet patients’ needs with compassion, expertise, and attention to detail. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to the amazing residents of Williamson County through homeRN Franklin.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Barrett, and their two sons, Cyrus and Lee.
Bailey Mills, RN
Registered Nurse
Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Bailey is a Registered Nurse with a diverse healthcare background. She graduated from Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University in Nashville.
Bailey began her professional journey at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she worked on the Kidney and Liver Transplant Unit. Her time there provided her with extensive experience in managing complex care for transplant patients, developing both clinical expertise and deep empathy for individuals navigating life-changing medical procedures.Following her work on the transplant unit, Bailey transitioned to outpatient chemotherapy. It was during her three years as a chemo-certified nurse that Bailey truly discovered her passion for personalized care. In this role, Bailey was able to connect with patients on a deeper level, understanding their unique needs and providing the emotional and physical support essential for navigating cancer treatment. It was here that Bailey realized the immense value of tailoring care to each individual’s circumstances—an experience that solidified her commitment to making personalized, patient-centered care the heart of her nursing practice.
Bailey is excited to be a part of the homeRN Franklin team, where she can continue to provide this level of individualized care. She looks forward to contributing to homeRN's mission and making a difference in the lives of her patients.
