Sarah Brooks, RN
homeRN Buckhead Vinings Owner
Sarah Brooks is the owner of homeRN Buckhead Vinings and a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, she earned her B.S.N. from the University of South Alabama.
After relocating to Atlanta in 2014, Sarah spent 8 years as a Labor and Delivery nurse in the Wellstar health system where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Over the last several years, she has worked for a major insurance provider as a practice consultant, gaining valuable insight into healthcare operations, quality improvement initiatives, and improving patient access to care.
Sarah is married to her high school sweetheart, Hunter, and together they have one daughter, Abigail. Outside of work and motherhood, Sarah enjoys reading, working out, and playing Mahjong.
Sarah is excited to serve the Buckhead, Vinings, and surrounding communities through homeRN by enhancing the lives of others with compassionate, dependable, and accessible care—delivered in the comfort of home.
Nicole Clever, RN
Registered Nurse
Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University. Following graduation, she began her nursing career in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, where she gained valuable experience caring for critically ill patients and managing complex neurological conditions.
Nicole is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and supporting patients and their families during challenging times. She is dedicated to bringing both clinical excellence and compassion into every aspect of her work.Outside of nursing, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community through homeRN and looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she cares for.

Incredible staff and convenient services! After a virus left me dehydrated and fatigued, I reached out to them for IV therapy and was able to receive same day treatment. I felt better instantly and by the end of the day was nearly back to normal. Highly recommend!!
