What's included.
Testing Kit
Your kit includes tests for COVID, Flu, and UTI, plus a thermometer and instructions — with one refill of each test per month, as needed. The family membership includes a digital otoscope.
Intake Visit
A registered nurse comes to your home for a comprehensive initial intake visit, setting the foundation for your ongoing care.
Monthly Injection
Receive a B12 + Tri Immune injection each month, evaluated and ordered by a Nurse Practitioner.
Member Pricing
Enjoy discounted rates on IV/Infusion services, injections, and nursing care visits.
